Provadyne ships a fully usable Free edition and a paid Pro edition, with Team and Enterprise tiers in early access for multi-engineer functional-safety programs. All prices are in US dollars (USD). Any applicable taxes (VAT/GST/sales tax) are calculated and shown at checkout by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.

What "Pro" Includes
The Pro subscription unlocks batch multi-file & multi-standard analysis, batch PDF violation reports, CSV/Excel export, the ISO 26262-6 V-model traceability matrix, and priority email support. It is licensed per individual user (per seat) as an annual subscription.
Team — early access
For multi-engineer teams that need shared governance. These capabilities are in active development and not yet released — pricing is not finalized. Join the waitlist to help shape it. Team is planned to include everything in Pro, plus shared, signed deviation governance for multi-engineer safety work.
Enterprise — contact sales
For organizations running a qualified tool chain. Roadmap — not yet released. Contact sales. Enterprise is planned to include everything in Team, plus tool-qualification support, legal/compliance packaging, and on-prem licensing.
Billing & Taxes
- Currency: USD. Your card issuer may convert to your local currency.
- Taxes: VAT/GST/sales tax, where applicable, is added at checkout and remitted by Paddle.
- Billing cycle: Annual. The subscription renews automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.
- Invoices: A receipt/invoice is emailed by Paddle for every charge.
License Delivery
After your payment is confirmed, a license file is delivered to your email, typically within minutes. Activate it in the Provadyne extension or daemon to unlock Pro features.
Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel anytime via the management link in your Paddle order email; cancellation stops future renewals and your license stays active until the end of the paid term. Purchases are covered by our 14-day money-back guarantee. Full terms are in our Terms of Service.
